The scope of work will be finalized upon selection of Respondent. The City desires debit/credit card processing services for the purpose of collecting payments for 30 department location accounts (Point of sale: POS and/or Mail Order Telephone Order: MOTO) and 9 internet accounts. Industry standard retail customer facing transactions occur in most City locations. Other City locations provide an on and off-site experience which will need mobile hardware. It is critical that the Respondent provide complete and accurate processing for Visa, MasterCard and Discover card transactions accepted by the City of Denton in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). The City only accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
