PURPOSE: The City of Austin (City) seeks to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor(s) to provide the Ullrich Water Treatment Plant with an ESAB Rebel EMP 285ic multi-process welding machine, TWECO Spool Gun, ESAB air-cooled TIG torch, and Thermal Arc foot control. Any items or services that have been omitted from this scope of work that are clearly necessary or in conformance of services/goods shall be considered a requirement although not directly specified or called for in the scope of work. 3. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS: The Contractor shall: 3.1 Be a Manufacturer, authorized dealer/reseller, or supplier of the products offered. 3.2 Have and operate a full-time, permanent business address with the ability to be reached by email or telephone. 4.
