a. Testing reagents with ongoing training and technical support to DSHS staff regarding testing methodologies; b. Consumables, including assay-required items and NBS Equipment-required parts; c. Laboratory NBS Equipment, including service, maintenance, upgrades, and parts; d. Full-time field service personnel, at no additional cost to DSHS, to provide maintenance and support for the NBS Equipment and interface to LIMS. A minimum of four (4) field service personnel must be located on-site at the DSHS laboratory each week during the Contract Term, Monday through Saturday. Holiday Services will be agreed upon by DSHS and a Respondent during Contract negotiations. e. One full-time LIMS personnel, dedicated to the DSHS NBS Program located on-site weekly, Monday through Friday and on call Saturday to provide LIMS maintenance, support, and technical assistance. f. Technical support including tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) specialists, to assist with NBS Equipment normalization and optimization, development of test methods, and programing assay method files for the LIMS interface, and to ensure assay performance and analytical validity of the testing; and g. LIMS software capable of maintaining data on specimen collection kit inventory and distribution, specimen receipt, NBS Testing, assay quality control monitoring, result calculation and reporting, DSHS Clinical Care Coordination activities, specimen retention and destruction, and billing.
