Specifications include, but are not limited to: During the term of this Agreement, Contractor shall operate and provide the services ordinarily provided by a full service tennis center facility management firm for a tennis center owned by a municipality, including but not be limited to, the collection and disbursement of all monies, the employment of all employees, the promotion and management of the tennis center and satellite tennis and pickleball courts, the purchase and sale of food, beverages, merchandise, supplies and services, assist with the management of facility-related litigation, the purchase and maintenance of insurance coverage, the handling of disputes with third parties, the collection and payment of all appropriate taxes and the performance of all other day-to-day activities relative to the Facility.
