Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Austin Independent School District (herein after referred to as “AISD” or the “district”) is seeking proposals from firms/vendors/contractors qualified and experienced in providing parking management, operations, and maintenance services. The district owns and operates a four (4)-story above-ground parking structure adjacent to the district’s Performing Arts Center located at 1500 Barbara Jordan Boulevard in Austin, Texas. It was constructed in 2014 and consists of four hundred and thirty (430) parking stalls and two (2) entrances/exits. The ground floor has (14) reserved parking stalls for district staff. In addition, the adjacent property owner, Austin Modern Lofts LLC, has thirty-five (35) reserved parking spaces split between the ground floor and second, which cannot be included in any generated parking revenue.
