The Houston Health Department Women, Infant and Children (WIC) Program possesses five (5) Texas WIC Program issued vehicles that have been previously wrapped with vinyl to display WIC program specific messaging. The wrapping has become worn, undistinguishable and unsafe to have on the vehicles because in some cases the wrapped images obstruct the windows. The WIC Program requests to rewrap all WIC vehicles with vinyl to be in compliance with the State Agency’s new approved design which will not obstruct the windows and still display WIC program information to outreach to the community. I. Objectives-Clear Quantifiable Outcome: All five (5) WIC vehicles must be rewrapped with the approved State Agency’s new approved design. Four vehicles’ windows will not include wrapping three (3) small SUV’s and one (1) van. Description of vehicles below.:
