The required services to be provided are Preventive Oral Health Care Integration in Texas. 1. Year One: a) Conduct and evaluate an Oral Health Literacy gaps analysis of Texas Association of Community Health Centers medical providers. This can be done for all medical providers, or a subset. b) Create a Texas Association of Community Health Centers, Oral Health Literacy plan based on the gaps analysis and begin implementation. Include metrics for evaluation and make it replicable and scalable. o The plan will include at least one interprofessional education activity per year. At least one year will include an in-person, hands on event where medical providers receive skills training in Oral Health risk assessments, screenings, instructions, dental referrals, and fluoride varnish application. c) Provide Oral Health Improvement Program quarterly updates in a format to be determined by Provide Oral Health Improvement Program. d) Attend the annual virtual all-Alliance (stakeholder work group) meeting and provide updates or information to the Alliance as requested. e) Participate in semi-annual local and/or state work group virtual meetings. f) Participate as a presenter in one of the virtual quarterly group meetings for Clinics 1-3 in Year One.
