The Program is comprised of construction projects with the majority of scope focused on, but not limited to, renovations at High Schools, Middle Schools, and Elementary Schools along with additions at Kim L. Lewis (Transportation Facility). The PM/OR will be responsible for the successful development and execution of these projects along with other similar projects as needs are identified. The PM/OR should demonstrate expertise in managing greenfield projects as well as renovation work on occupied campuses. While the program has an established sequencing, the PM/OR will be responsible for continually reviewing and making recommendations to optimize the sequencing of the projects in light of changing external and internal conditions, and the needs of the District. The PM/OR will be responsible for effectively communicating with the numerous stakeholders directly impacted by campus capital renovation projects. Demonstrated competence to provide high-quality customer service to facility stakeholders will be critical to the success of the PM/OR and the overall Program. The PM/OR should expect to manage projects as determined by the District’s Executive Director or Maintenance and Facilities team until the closeout process is complete
