Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of Waco (City) is seeking the services of a Vendor with demonstrated experience in installing and operating shared micromobility systems, for the purposes of establishing a shared micromobility program in the City’s greater downtown area, and potential surrounding areas as discussed below in Section I.B. of the Detailed Scope of Services found in Appendix A. Companies may opt to partner with each other to offer the City a single proposal representing multiple transportation devices (i.e. E-Bikes, EScooters, etc.) in response to this RFP. The City plans to contract with a single Vendor, which may represent one or more of said companies. The selected Submitter will contract with the City to develop a shared micromobility system that will utilize state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and operations. Vendor services will include supplying equipment and providing operational services, customer service, marketing, safety education and outreach, technological support, and data sharing with the City.
