Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals to provide Commercial Insurance Coverage for the Alamo Colleges. Insurance Coverage shall include, but is not limited to: Property (Buildings and Contents, Fine Arts, Mobile Equipment and Inland Marine), Boiler and Machinery, General Liability (may include Law Enforcement Liability and Educators Legal Liability), Automobile Liability and Physical Damage (including Garage-keeper’s Legal Liability), Crime, Excess Workers Compensation and Employers’ Liability, Medical Professional Liability, Foreign Liability and Accident, Student Accident and Health, Cyber Risk, Pollution, Student Medical Professional Liability, Educators Legal Liability, and Umbrella Insurance. The Alamo Colleges District reserves the right to make multiple awards, as a result of this solicitation.
