The bidder must have a physical location within Dallas County. Services may be required to be performed in the unincorporated Dallas County area and within the City Limits for any city with an interlocal agreement with Dallas County for such services. Bidder must have an adequate supply of key blanks and locks available to provide same-day service when necessary. The bidder must be able to provide all items, locks, and keys specified in the agreement. Bidder must be able to provide original brand or equal key blanks and other items as specified. Bidder will invoice items requested by the Dallas County Facilities Management Department Locksmith /Carpenter shop employees. Only specific Dallas County personnel are authorized to make purchases for this agreement. This agreement shall be awarded on an” All or None” basis. There will be no partial award.
