This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 5000192110-24-FRTC is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 dated 4/22/2024. This acquisition will be processed in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).

IRS Training Center, Dallas, TX requires rental of (144) 24”W x 60”L new/remanufactured training tabletops medium gray or taupe color with fixed height T-leg base and (222) black guest chairs with casters, black mesh back, pattern seat for the office space as described in this Statement of Work (SOW).

This is an open market combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products as defined herein. The government intends to award a Purchase Order as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation that will include the terms and conditions set forth herein.
