Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. One (1) boiler shall be replaced at the TxDOT Austin District Headquarters, Building #7 in accordance with the following: DEMOLITION: 1. Disconnect electrical and controls to existing boiler. 2. Disconnect HHW and gas piping to existing boiler. 3. Disconnect, remove and dispose of existing boiler. MFG: Lochinvar. Model: CBN1797. NEW WORK: 1. Furnish and install new copper fin heating boiler. MFG: Lochinvar. Model: CBN1797 (match existing in kind). 2. Reconnect existing electrical and controls to new boiler. 3. Reconnect existing HHW and gas piping to new boiler. Furnish new piping as required. 4. Reinsulate supply/return HHW connections at new boiler. 5. CO monitor not required because unit is outdoors.
