Specifications include, but are not limited to: Texas Tech University (“TTU”) is seeking competitive Responses to a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for TTU athletics merchandiser for Game Day Events and Special Events (collectively, “Events”). This RFP provides sufficient information for interested parties to prepare and submit Proposals for consideration by TTU. This RFP is to serve as the Texas Tech Athletics’ gameday retailer (“Game Day Sales”) for all Texas Tech Athletics home competitions, and for select key Athletics’ road events, to provide a wide array of merchandise and apparel appealing to a diverse group of TTU Athletics’ fans. TTU is seeking Proposals from experienced and qualified Proposers to enter a Retail Merchandising Agreement (“Agreement”), whereby the successful Proposer would be granted rights to sell licensed TTU game day merchandise (“Game Day Sales”) at TTU Athletics’ Game Day Events and TTU Athletics’ Special Events and will be available for select key TTU Athletics’ events held off-campus (collectively, “Events”). The Proposer shall propose the necessary number of outlets necessary to maximize revenue and speed of service to TTU Athletics’ fans. The resulting Agreement will only be applicable to TTU Athletics’ Events.
