Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful firm/team will provide the overall management services for the County’s gas and oil mineral assets on or beneath County-owned properties on behalf of Tarrant County. 2. The general services to be provided include: a. Provision of a qualified portfolio Project Manager. b. Development of a strategic leasing plan for gas and oil mineral assets on or beneath County-owned properties. c. Review of the County’s current Gas Drilling and Production Regulations to ensure appropriate levels of protection in residential areas. d. Development of leasing options for unique County-owned properties, including, but not limited to: - County Rights-of-Way - County buildings; and - Properties that the County has partial ownership. e. Review and update a standard gas lease document to be utilized for County gas and oil leases. f. Review of bids submitted by oil and gas companies
