Specifications include, but are not limited to: HIGH SERVICE PUMP 1. This will be a complete turn key installation & start up at jobsite. 2. Repairing one Fairbanks Morse High Service Pump. Convert it to Product Lubrication. 3. Install new 416ss Pump Shaft with Couplings. 4. Install 5 new 416ss Line Shaft with Couplings. 5. Install new 416ss Headshaft Shaft with Couplings. 6. Fabricate, weld & machine spider in existing Columns with new bearings. 7. Rework Suction Bell & Discharge Bowl. Weld, machine and new bearings. 8. Install new packing box assembly with bearings and packing. 9. Rework impellers & balance. 10. Rework discharge head, drill and tap for new packing box and machine. 11. Coat & paint entire pump. . RAW WATER TRANSFER PUMP 1. This will be a complete turn key installation & start up at jobsite. 2. Repairing one Fairbanks Morse Raw Water Pump. 3. Install new 416ss Pump Shaft with Couplings. 4. Install 4 new 416ss Line Shaft with Couplings. 5. Install new 416ss Headshaft Shaft with Couplings. 6. Instll 3 new Column Pipes. 7. Rework Suction Bell & Discharge Bowl. Weld, machine and new bearings. 8. Rework packing box. 9. Rework impellers & balance. 10. Rework head pressure test & machine. 11. Coat & paint entire pump.
