Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University is seeking to obtain a consulting firm to assist the University in the following: Fiduciary Governance of the University of Houston System Optional Retirement Plans to include business structures, documentation, and processes to proactively manage the UH retirement plan. Vendor Management of all four current University of Houston System vendors to include audits of related costs the vendors provide to the UH Plan and its participants. Record-Keeping audits to include tracking of the assets in the UH Plan and best practices. Participant Education Services to include resources and trainings available in the local region. Investment consulting services to include research and evaluation of current investments and provide recommendations that positively impact performance for the UH Plan. Business Process Review-Best Practice Recommendations: Assist the University in the development of business processes and best practices in support of the UH Plan.
