Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of services to be provided and qualifications to be evaluated will include, but not be limited to the following: a) Recordkeeper and Administrator - Ysleta ISD invites the submission of proposals from qualified service providers to administer the Ysleta ISD’s voluntary 401(a), 403(b), ER403(b), 457(b) plans, and 457(b) FICA Alternative plans. b) Investment Advisor - Ysleta ISD invites the submission of proposals from qualified investment advisory firms to provide retirement plan advisory services to Ysleta ISD’s 457(b) deferred compensation plan. c) Trustee - Ysleta ISD invites the submission of proposals from qualified investment advisory firms to provide trustee services to Ysleta ISD’s 457(b) deferred compensation plan. This can be an insurance company or mutual fund custodial account that meets the requirements of the Code.
