The selected consultant will review and analyze the daily operations of the current program. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following components. Operational Review and Recommendations: Examine the day-to-day operations of the rideshare program, identifying any inefficiencies, gaps, or areas of improvement. The consultant will provide actionable recommendations to streamline processes, enhance service delivery, and improve overall efficiency.
