Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Manor, hereinafter referred to as the City, seeks responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from consulting firms and agencies qualified and experienced in developing and implementing programs designed to facilitate the successful implementation of complex planning projects. Qualified firms shall also demonstrate proven history of successful implementation of citizen participation programs in a timely and efficient manner. The effort includes, but is not limited to: Conduct site evaluations; Complete a facility deficiencies report; Review existing research, city and stakeholder master plans, regional strategic plans, and existing relevant programs; Prepare and present a final report to the City including recommendations, policy direction, capital improvements & appropriate funding mechanisms to achieve desired outcomes
