Services Required • Alarm Monitoring • Provide 24/7 monitoring services for burglar, fire, and panic alarm systems across all specified City facilities. • Ensure real-time response and reporting of alarm events to the designated City departments. • Alarm System Installation and Repairs • Install new or upgrade existing alarm systems as required, including hardware and software components. • Perform repairs and maintenance on existing systems within a 48-hour response time for non-emergencies. • Address emergency repair requests within 24 hours. • Data Management and Reporting o Maintain comprehensive databases, including: Alarm registrations and associated fees. Incident histories, including true and false alarms. Contact details for responsible parties and alarm system vendors. o Generate periodic and ad hoc reports, such as: Alarm activity summaries. Registration renewals and expirations. False alarm trends and associated fees collected. Contractor Responsibilities • Supply all labor, materials, equipment, and tools required to fulfill this scope. • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations. • Obtain all necessary permits and approvals for work, with associated fees waived by the City. • Provide as-built drawings, warranties, and user manuals upon project completion. • Maintain high standards of workmanship, with the City reserving the right to require removal of unsatisfactory personnel.
