Specifications include, but are not limited to: At a minimum, it is anticipated that the hired firm will be expected to: 1. Have an interactive web portal and mobile APP that requesters may log onto in order to make special education camera footage requests, review footage request progress, and view footage from prior requests without the ability to download the footage; 2. Be compatible with any and all pre-existing camera and camera server hardware that a public school district may already possess; 3. Handle large quantities of footage requests and determine which requests and requesters are valid and legitimate; 4. Retrieve camera footage from the district’s storage server equipment 5. Compile footage (redacted for legal compliance, if necessary), requests, and all proper documentation into a package that satisfies all state and federal laws for the production of footage from within a public school special education classroom; 6. Deliver complete and legally compliance data package to District 7. Deliver compliant video footage to the computer or mobile device of the requestor 8. Store all requests and all gathered information pertaining to a request for five (5) years.
