Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. If awarded, MISD and the awarded vendor will agree that the awarded vendor will have the broadcast rights of Midland Legacy High School and Midland High School for Football Season. b. If either party wishes to terminate the agreement, the party terminating the agreement must notify the other party, in writing, prior to December 1 of each year for the following year’s football season. c. If compensation for services rendered is due; payment will be made within 30 days of notification of termination of contract or after the last broadcasted game. d. If either party fails to comply with any of the obligations required of it in the contract agreement and, following receipt of written notice specifying the failure, fails to remedy and cure such failure with fifteen (15) days, then the party shall have the right to terminate the contract agreement at the end of an additional thirty (30) day period. e.
