Specifications include, but are not limited to: At a minimum, it is anticipated that: Vendor will have a single point of contact for Goodbuy members. Vendor will work with members to determine needs and hours of work required. Vendor will allow members to interview potential employees; with the right to accept or reject said personnel. Vendor will perform due diligence to assure personnel have the proper qualifications before recommending placement. If required, vendor will provide background screening and/or criminal checks of prospective employees. The cost of this service will be incurred by the Goodbuy member. Chosen vendors will confirm availability of temporary employee within 4 hours to 1 business day. It is understood that some positions may be “hard to fill”; in which case members may list the posting with all vendors. Vendors will instruct employees on proper attire for position. Should members require Drug Testing and/or a DMV check it is understood the Goodbuy member will incur the cost. Any issues regarding invoices shall be directed to the Goodbuy member.
