Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Stop Loss Reinsurance Coverage a. ISL Deductibles: $200,000, $250,000, $300,000 b. Contract Period: Paid or 24/12 c. Corridor: 120% d. Include ASL 2. The effective date of coverage shall begin on September 1, 2024. 3. All fees and/or premiums shall be quoted NET of commissions; no commissions or fees are to be paid to any entity. 4. Preliminary renewal rates must be submitted six months prior to the effective date. 5. Respondent shall provide all communication materials in electronic (pdf) format. 6. Respondent shall provide all standard reports to the District and its professional advisor. 7. Respondent shall provide the consultant with monthly reports for the data warehouse at no additional charge. 8. Claims experience must be provided at least monthly, including each renewal. 9. Respondent must be in compliance with all HIPAA Privacy, Electronic Data Interface (EDI) and Security Regulations and will use HIPAA 834 (ASC X12N 834) for the file transmission layout. 10. Prior to submitting a proposal response, Vendor shall have reviewed and accepts the Plan’s eligibility provisions.
