A. Project Scope Project will be completed in 4 phases. The front of the building (North Facing) will be conducted in 3 phases beginning with the west front, moving to the east front, and ending with the center front, using the two chimneys as the zones. At a minimum, the project scope includes the following: • Remove and store the windows for reinstallation • Remove all the existing siding and lower frieze board • Make repairs to any damaged structure underneath (*Wood Decay) • Wrap structure with ½ inch OSB sheathing and house wrap • Install new 1x6 inch Novelty Pine siding and 12 inch lower frieze board • Reframe and reinstall window. New window and door casing detail to match existing • Prime and paint the siding and frieze board, Color: TBD • While windows are removed the contractor will need to have window openings covered with blanks for security
