Proposers will submit hourly rates for skilled labor and nonskilled work such as minor repairs, cleaning, painting and maintenance work to an apartment unit, or units, in order to ensure that the unit is in a suitable condition before being placed on the market and leased to a subsequent tenant. Along with labor rates, materials costs such as cleaning supplies, concrete, paint, sheetrock, texture, blinds, fans, toilets, sinks, etc. should be included. Awarded proposer(s) would then be asked, by either District Operations or Maintenance Department to provide a written quote, based on hourly rates and materials costs submitted, for a specific building or campus. ECISD will determine what kind of apartment makeready and cleanings are needed by building. Awarded proposer(s) may be asked for their professional opinion for certain apartment make-ready or cleaning projects. Ector County ISD will determine how many, if any, apartment make-ready or cleaning projects will be done depending on building or campus need and availability of funds
