Proposers will submit hourly rates for skilled and nonskilled work such as Aeration and Lawn Overseeding, Mulch Installation, Tree Trimming and Pruning, Lawn Fertilization, Leaf Removal, Pre- and Post-Emergent Weed Control, Mowing, Edging, Trimming, Lawn Disease Remediation and Window Cleaning along with materials costs for Grass Seed, Fertilizer, Sprinkler Heads, Pre- and Post- Emergent, Glass Cleaner etc. Awarded proposer(s) would then be asked, by either District Operations or Maintenance Department to provide a written quote, based on hourly rates and materials costs submitted, for specific buildings or campuses. ECISD will determine what kind of lawn care and general exterior cleaning is needed by building. Awarded proposer(s) may be asked for their professional opinion on certain lawn care and general exterior cleaning projects. Ector County ISD will determine how many, if any, lawn care and general exterior facility cleaning projects will be done depending on building need and availability of funds.
