3.1.1 Administer and monitor the contract, and inspect and monitor performance of the Contractor; 3.1.2 Determine compliance with contractual requirements; 3.1.3 Monitor the overall performance of the Contractor (City representatives may ride in the Contractor operated vehicles with or without prior notice to the Contractor to monitor compliance with the Contract). 3.1.4 Audit Contractor’s invoices prior to reimbursement; 3.1.5 Review performance measures and make the determination of any incentives or disincentives for performance. 3.1.6 Investigate unsafe practices; 3.1.7 Preparation and submission of the National Transit Database (NTD) report; 3.1.8 Oversee any Federal Transit Administration review, including but not limited to the FTA Triennial Review.
