The Texas Army National Guard (TXARNG) requires the use of contract lodging facilities to accommodate personnel during Regularly Scheduled Drill (RSD) weekends (also known as drill weekends), Annual Training (AT) mandated field exercises and inspections. It is the Governments intent to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements at this location for contract lodging.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to award one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the rental of commercial lodging within a 30-mile driving distance to Texas Army National Guard Armory or Training site in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and is supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-07. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 721110 Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels applies to this solicitation with a small business size standard of $40M. This announcement is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only synopsis/solicitation.

Contractors who want to be considered for a BPA with Texas Army National Guard shall provide the required information by filling out all pages and submission of Item 3 above, Lodging BPA Quote Sheet.
The Contractor is required to be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and maintain the registration throughout the life of the BPA (5 years). If not already registered in SAM, go to www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting a quote. Your company must have an active status in SAM within 1 week of notification of potential award. This process can take up to a couple weeks so Contractors should begin the sam.gov registration process immediately.
