A. The contractor will provide a minimum of six (6) training session to THP. Each session will be able to provide instruction to up to 100 students. If THP does not have 100 students for a session, THP may invite law enforcement personnel outside THP to attend, at no additional cost. B. The contractor will be required to provide a qualified instructor(s) for each portion of the training. The contractor will be required to provide a curriculum vitae and/or resume for each instructor detailing each instructor’s qualifying background, education, training, experience, and expertise. C. The instructor(s) must have a background that is extensive and verifiable in education, training, experience, and expertise qualifying them as an expert to provide instruction on law enforcement search and seizure related law, the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, case law related to search and seizure and the Fourth Amendment, relevant and necessary information related to police and citizen search and seizure interactions, best police practices related to search and seizure, and search and seizure as they relate to law enforcement traffic stops.
