TSC is accepting proposals from qualified companies to provide Telecommunication Services, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP provides respondents with the information necessary to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by the College. TSC is looking for a partner who can also resolve the problem of poor cellular signals on campus. Brownsville, Texas, is the home of Texas Southmost College. The border with Mexico is so close that there are cellular dead zones and interference with Mexico's cellular network. The following buildings ITECC, Oliviera, Power Plant, Gorgas, SETB, North, South, and Newman have the worst cellular signal coverage. There is no explicit mention of this requirement in the RFP, but this factor could be considered in a tie-breaker.
