Specifications include, but are not limited to: TEA is looking for a vendor to support the planning, development, and implementation of Implementation Academies for education leaders, including asynchronous digital courses with job-embedded supports. This will include delivering Implementation Academies to an initial cohort of leaders (Cohort 1) in a District and School Leaders pathway and an Implementation Advisors pathway through live virtual sessions. The awarded contractor will support participants by providing a series of comprehensive planning and implementation modules, resources, and supports for leaders, including district and school leaders implementing THL materials, and ESCs and SAVs supporting implementation. Based on feedback collected from the initial cohort, the awarded contractor will revise Implementation Academies for redelivery to future cohorts through asynchronous digital courses with job-embedded supports and deliver to an additional cohort of leaders (Cohort 2). The awarded contractor will also provide ongoing job-embedded supports to Cohort 1 Implementation Advisors in the initial year following certification.
