Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Services shall include providing refrigerated machines eleven (11) snack vending machines and twelve (12) beverage vending machines on the Big Spring State Hospital (BSH) campus, including all maintenance, service and repairs to the machines, and all snack and beverage items in the machines. B. Additional machines may be installed or removed upon mutual agreement between BSH and the contractor. C. Contractor will install vending machines of the following types, in the following locations, mutually agreed upon by both Parties to this Contract: Building Locations/Machine Type: Legend B – Beverage Machine, S – Snack Machine Bldg Type 502 1B/1S 504 1B/1S 505 1B/1S 532V 1B/1S 532S 2B/2S 533N 1B/1S 533S 1B/1S 534 1B 538 1B/1S 540 1B/1S 543 1B/1S Vending machines may be relocated as needed upon written agreement of the Parties. Contractor will not modify, alter, or repair the vending machine(s) in a given location without prior written approval from HHSC. D. Vending Machine Contents - Contractor must provide a list and prices of merchandise available for machines, including a list of healthy snacks and beverages. BSH will determine which products will be used in each snack and beverage machine. Beverages provided may not be glass containers or aluminum cans.
