Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Contractor agrees to install and maintain energy efficient vending machines in locations mutually agreed upon by both parties and to keep same in satisfactory working conditions. Contractor will pay all costs for obtaining. installing. operating, servicing, and replacing vending machines. 2.2 Contractor shall maintain an adequate supply of products to be dispensed by the vending machines at all times. 2.3 Rusk State Hospital requires vending machines to have bill-changing devices for purchases. RSH requires vending machines to have debit/credit card readers that accept all major credit cards for purchases. 2.4 Contractor agrees to affix safety devices to preclude vending machine tip over. Contractor will maintain a program of regular preventive maintenance and replacement of worn, damaged, or malfunctioning vending machines. 2.5 Contractor agrees to ascertain that all products are maintained and available within the time date established for safe human consumption.
