Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD) is accepting proposals for Visual and Performing Arts Equipment, Supplies, Apparel, Instruments, and Repairs. This includes art supplies and equipment, sheet music, pre-recorded music, educational music software/online access, video and audio recording services, UIL theatre sets and props, costumes, make-up, and hair pieces, stage curtains, lighting and sound equipment, play scripts and royalties, band and dance attire/accessories, formal choir dresses and tuxedos, musical instruments, instrument repair, student instrument rentals, and other visual and performing arts related equipment and supplies. All vendors are encouraged to participate in our RFP process even if they provide sole source materials or products.
