Specifications include, but are not limited to: Texas Tech University ("TTU") is seeking competitive Responses to a Request for Proposal ("RFP") for website design and development services (“Services”) from external partners to augment existing TTU resources. Services shall include, but are not limited to, identifying target audiences, designing web pages, providing targeted content services, maintaining website(s), developing a social media presence, and monitoring the performance of TTU’s online presence. 2.2.1 Assistance honing target audiences for department, center, and division web pages; 2.2.2 Website design, including: A. Creating a functional web user interface design in adherence with TTU Identity Guidelines (see mandatory requirements); B. Creating a site map of designed pages; C. Creating a set of webpages that can be either managed by the department after implementation or by the Proposer(s); D. Creating webpages that are designed for the mobile, diverse devices used by students, staff, and faculty at TTU; E. Creating web pages with the ability to optimize search engines; F. Providing post-design support; and G. Assisting with the transfer of web pages to Modern Campus for maintenance and support. 2.2.3 Website Development, including: A. Assisting with the creation of content for the website, as needed; B. Providing pages in a manner adherent to TTU Identity Guidelines (see mandatory requirements); C. Developing web marketing campaigns, including departmental, service, program, and college visual elements adherent to TTU Identity Guidelines (see mandatory requirements); and D. Developing social media campaigns and associated content and artwork.
