Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University invites you to submit a proposal to design and build a custom website that will host a curated collections of customizable and accessible OER (Open Educational Resources) chemistry lab experiments along with supportive resources for chemistry, scientific writing, math and teamwork. Respondents are encouraged to propose contractual arrangements offering the maximum benefit to the University in terms of (1) quality of proposed website with emphasis on ease-of-use, mobile-friendliness, SEO, etc. (2) total overall cost to the University regarding the design, build and maintenance of website, and (3) project management expertise with realistic timeline and integration of feedback-loops. Proposers should describe all educational, state, and local government discounts, as well as any other applicable discounts that may be available to the University in a contract for Services. 1. Easy to navigate pages dedicated to experiments, chemistry concept explanations, math and scientific writing tutorials, and other faculty-specific resources: 8.
