Specifications include, but are not limited to: The North Texas Tollway Authority hereinafter referred to as the “Authority” or “NTTA”, a regional tollway authority and political subdivision of the State of Texas, seeks a company, hereinafter referred to as “Operator” to provide wrecker services to serve the NTTA System. Services will include, but are not limited to furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform operations in connection with the towing or cartage of vehicles at the direction of law enforcement. The conditions for towing may include but are not limited to: vehicle accidents, DUIs, toll enforcement violations, abandonment, illegal parking, mechanical failure and other non-consent tows at the request of law enforcement or the NTTA.
