University Health is seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI) contract management software to support contract lifecycle management, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and post-signature management. Desired features include performing key term searches, identifying regulatory compliance, key clause extractions, industry trend insight on key terms or clauses and flag potential risks as well as to provide some industry insight on the risk assessment and industry standards pertaining to identified risks, and customized playbooks for negotiating key terms. University Health seeks to review contracts more rapidly, organize and locate large amounts of contract data more easily, and decrease the potential for contract disputes.
