Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Cedar Hill, Texas is planning to contract for concession services for the Lagoon at Virginia Weaver Park to be provided in 2023. The facility includes aquatic recreation and programming that is currently scheduled for the Summer Season (May 27 to August 19, 2023). Proposals are being solicited to help select a single Concessionaire to provide services (as needed) for The Lagoon at Virginia Weaver Park; Consessionaire and all of its employees, agents, or representatives shall provide premier customer service to internal and external customers by responding to requests in a timely and professional manner. Consessionaire and its employees shall communicate and coordinate courteously and effectively in a family, friendly manner with customers, city staff, officials, patrons, volunteers, and other outside organizations.
