This project consists of the successful vendor furnishing all qualified personnel, supervision, labor, services, materials, equipment, facilities, travel, overhead and incidentals necessary to provide a comprehensive, convenient, secure and easily accessible automated system to support public safety Land Mobile Radio (LMR) asset management, work order management, and operational processes. Note, travel expenses shall be in compliance with the Harris County Travel Policy, identified within titled “Travel Policy” found under Public Files. The proposed software solution shall have capabilities to track and manage all assets, service requests, work orders, inspection reports, preventative maintenance, and inventory through a centralized database of information that is user-friendly and accessible from both desktop and mobile devices. Additionally, it shall provide tools for capital planning, budgeting, and projections of future expenditure. The software solution shall also provide robust reporting and analytics capabilities, including the ability to generate reports on asset conditions, maintenance activities, and budget information. Lastly, the software shall be scalable and allow integrations with existing Harris County software systems as PeopleSoft.
