Contractor will be responsible for the design and installation of a small prep kitchen for hosting events to include the following:

Purchase and Installation of three compartment sink.
Installation of existing dishwasher.
Cabinets and countertops.
- Countertop should wrap around room and maximize usable preparation space. Responsive bidders will provide estimates for up to three different countertop surface including stainless steel, quartz/granite, other ultradurable countertop surfaces.
- Cabinets should maximize storage potential within the room. Cabinets will have flat front surfaces similar to other cabinetry within the building.
Purchase and installation of commercial fridge/freezer.
Purchase and installation of icemaker
Purchase and installation of warming oven.
Installation of 6 recessed lights in ceiling.
Contractor must include samples of potential finishes as part of the bid package.
Contractor must also include sample layout(s) of kitchen design.
