Description

Southwest Key Programs, Inc. (“SWK”) is seeking proposals from qualified Real Estate Advisory and Architectural firms to assist in the development of a Master Plan for our new campus in San Antonio, Texas. This project is dedicated to creating a comprehensive campus that seamlessly integrates corporate offices, community centers, housing, care facilities for the elderly, medical clinics, and shelters for unaccompanied minors. The selected firm(s) will be responsible for providing detailed architectural plans and consulting services throughout the development process, including site selection, lease negotiations, and master planning. Our objective is to construct a campus that not only meets the diverse needs of the community but also aligns with SWK’s vision and values
