The purpose of this engagement is to fill gaps and increase reach and engagement with patient populations and Travis County residents, particularly focusing on individuals with limited English proficiency (specifically speakers of Spanish, Vietnamese, Burmese, Farsi, and Arabic) and communities of color. The goal is to deepen the knowledge and understanding of Central Health programs and services within these communities.

The selected vendor(s) will work in close collaboration with our internal community outreach and engagement team, serving as an extension of our efforts. This partnership aims to expand our capacity and ensure that we effectively reach and engage with the targeted populations.
