Though not mandatory it is HIGHLY recommended that proposers wishing to participate in this solicitation call in for this HSP Training call as details on completing the required HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) documentation will be provided. Proper completion of the HSP documentation is crucial as it is reviewed and approved prior to anyone seeing the accompanying proposal. If the HSP is deemed non-compliant the entire proposal will be disqualified. Chances of disqualification for those that attend this call are highly diminished. Details in Section 2.5 of the RFP.
