This Scope of Services (SOS) is to provide media consultant services for the Governor’s 2024 Workforce Summit on behalf of the Department of Labor- Virgin Islands Workforce Development Board(VIWDB) in the St. Thomas/St.John and St. Croix District. Vendors will provide Marketing and Event Production Services to successfully execute the 2024 Governor’s Workforce Summit. The Summit is one day and will be held on each island. It is currently scheduled to take place October 8th, 2024 on St. Croix, October 10th, 2024 on St. Thomas, and October 11, 2024 on St. John. VIWDB requires a vendor who shall be responsible for the creative development and execution of a marketing campaign as well as Pre-event and On-Site Event Production Management services. Vendors shall possess and demonstrate their understanding of the U.S. Virgin Islands Public Workforce System stakeholder base and submit proposals addressing how they intend to execute the requested services to address communication needs of each target audience. Stakeholders include Employers, Jobseekers, Service Providers (i.e. training providers), Partners, Government Agencies and Non-Profit Organizations. The summit will be simultaneously in person and conducted virtually. It will be conducted in conference style with a general session and concurrent sessions for each target audience to attend. The period of performance will be for a period of one (1) year, with no renewal option
