1. The respondent(s) shall comply with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) requirements. Each item of equipment or property furnished under this contract shall be in safe operational condition and shall comply with all Federal Safety Standards, the American National Standards, and all State Safety Regulations applicable to the equipment and or property. 2. The respondent(s) shall register all solid waste hauling vehicles/equipment in accordance with all current applicable Federal, and Local laws, ordinances and regulations. All vehicle operators shall possess valid USVI driver licenses to be allowed on the site. 3. The respondent(s) shall invoice for actual work performed, to include the following: Date of Service Agency Serviced Location Size of Dumpster Description of Service (i.e. dumpster rental and trash removal) Service Frequency Tipping Fee at the rate approved by the V.I. Public Service Commission Unit and total cost of service
