To provide professional services related to providing Nutritional Meal Deliveries three (3) times per day to the Eldra Schulterbrandt Residential Facility for the Virgin Islands Department of Health in the St. Thomas/ St. John District. The vendor agrees to: 1. Prepare balanced nutritional meals in accordance with menus approved by a licensed dietician and based on criteria set by United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). The balanced nutritional meals must include breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages, desserts, and snacks. The services provided by the licensed dietician will be the vendor’s sole responsibility to secure and to compensate for said financial obligation. 2. Prepare the catering services for a maximum of thirty-two (32) residents and keeping all dietary preferences, such as religious, cultural, and health (such as hypertension and diabetic, etc.) in consideration. Vegan and vegetarian options should also be provided based upon resident dietary needs. 3. Render services at its own account, taking responsibility for all risks including profit / loss, stock, and cash control. The services will NOT be on a subsidy basis.
