The respondent shall supply all chemicals, labor, supervision, transportation, tools, materials and supplies necessary for pest control services for the control and/or removal of cockroaches, ants, silverfish and other crawling insects. Pest Control Services shall be provided in accordance with the guidelines established by Federal, State and Local Government laws, rules and regulation. Extermination of rodents, termites, bees (and other species of the bee family), biting insects, such as fleas, ticks, bedbugs and flying insects, e.g., mosquitoes, flies, etc shall be quoted to the respective agency for review and approval prior to the commencement of services. These services shall be billed in addition to the monthly service.
